土曜日のアメニティドリームレガシーで3-1して1802。
日曜日のBMレガシーで1-3して1783。


自分にはBantは難しすぎるので、白緑にしてサイドボードはコンボ対策と墓地対策とチーアメ対策だけでいいのかも。

前回LAのトップ16がコンボで埋め尽くされたことに関してはSCGのコラムのいくつかでも触れられていて、①FoWに強いデッキが勝てた、②Counter/Topデッキが減ったからコンボが勝てた、③墓地対策がこの間減り続けていたからDredgeが勝てた、と分析されてた。
今後のトップ16からは、①Counter/Topが増えるからコンボは減る、②墓地対策が増えるからDredgeは減る、③コンボが減るから少し速度の遅いアグロコンボが増える、と予測されてた。

GerryやAJ Sacherのリストが見たいので、ぜひともトップ16に入って欲しい。

3/16→3/27での変更点は、メインの Selkie / Cobra / Terravore が３枚の Vendilion に、４枚の Stifle が４枚の StP に、土地が１枚減って Jace に。
総数で１枚減った土地の変更点は、Flooded Strand が３→２、Tropical Island が４→３、Tundra が２→３になっています。

以前 SCG に掲載されてた記事に、「Top16で区切ることに意味は無い。X-1-1のラインで区切るべきだ」みたいなことが書かれていた。

今回の Los Angeles Opend では、スイスラウンド全８回戦終了時で７位～１０位が１９ポイント。
１１位～２７位が１８ポイントで、同じ１８ポイントでもトップ１６に入っているプレイヤー６人に対して、トップ１６に入れなかったプレイヤーは１１人。

その１８ポイントの２５位が、Adam Prosak が使用した Brainstorm Burn 。

波打ったスリーブが１０枚ぐらい入っている。
大量に購入した場合、波打ったものを抜き出してそれはそれだけで使い、良品は良品だけで使えば良さそう。

１９日の夜に注文し、発送されたのが２２日、商品の到着は２５日でした。
発送まで時間がかかったのは、２０・２１が土・日だったから？
注文から到着まで５・６営業日と言った所でしょうか。

Expressを使ったため送料は$54かかりましたが、Expressじゃなくても$45近かった気がします。

土地の総数は変えず、マリガンが減りそうな配分に変更。
Mangara を抜いた関係で Karakas を１枚に減らしました。
Cradle も、このデッキは爆発的なマナを出す必要がそれほど無いと思えたために追加の Horizon に。
２枚ある必要性が感じられない Plains を Forest に。Karakas と Plains が１枚ずつ減った代わりに、Horizon とフェッチが１枚ずつ増えて白マナへのアクセス枚数は変わっていません。

Tarmogoyf はデッキ内で一番弱いカードなので１枚減らしました。Zvi の Fires 理論と言えばわかってもらえると思いますが、そもそも２ターン目に Tarmogoyf というアクションを取ることが少ないです。
その上で、Shaman と Ranger という同じ２マナのカードが増え、Goyf Sun’s Zenith と言うカードも入っているために Tarmogoyf の枚数を減らしました。
今日の３回戦目は Tarmogoyf が強くて勝ったようなものでしたが、これも半分は Goyf Sun’s Zenith で調達した Tarmogoyf でした。
Tarmogoyf と Mother of Runes の合計は５枚で良さそうなので、Tarmogoyf が２枚で Zenith が４枚でも良いかもしれません。

Knight of the Reliquary は Tarmogoyf と違ってハードキャストすることが多いため４枚にしています。
そもそも Zenith Zoo ではなくて Zenith Order にした理由が、「４マナでKotRを出すよりも４マナで Progenitus を出す方が圧倒的に強い」というものであり、プレイヤー数が増えている Zenith Zoo に対して Natural Order で Progenitus を叩きつけるためのデッキ選択だからです。

Scryb Ranger は自分のアイデアではなく、昔から Maverick には入っているカードでもあり、AJ Sacher が NO Bant で使っていて大絶賛していたからです。
Merfolk 以外では Zenith でサーチしたりはしませんが、Shaman でサーチすることはあります。素で引いた時もヤバイぐらい強いです。

カーブ的には１ターン目に Noble か Dryad Arbor、２ターン目に KotR、３ターン目に Progenitus と言うのが理想の動きです。
理想的な動きをしなかった時のために、Tarmogoyf、MoR、Zenith、Jitteといったカードが入れられています。

このデッキに変更を加えるとすれば、Natural Order と Tarmogoyf を１枚ずつ減らして、Shaman と Stoneforge Mystic を１枚ずつ追加でしょうか。Zoo に対して弱くなりそうなので、現在の形の方が良さそうですが。
Natural Order を１枚減らして Sylvan Library 増量は丸いかもしれません。

Green Sun’s ZenithとVialを一緒に使っているデッキが見つからない。
Zenith and Taxesとか考えたけど、止めておいた方が良さそう。
Zenith HorizonsとかZenith Rockは、そんな感じのデッキもチラホラ見かけるし、良さそうですが。


北京語ポータルは、すでに先々月４０パック向いてしまった＋追加で２０パックオーダー済みなので今回は見送り。
４０パックで星明かりの天使は１枚だけ。アンコモンなんですが・・・
他にめぼしいものは神の怒りが３枚と自然の秩序が２枚。

Gerry ThompsonのデッキとAJ Sacherのデッキは使ってみる。

YMZKさんやすずめさんの「割らない」という主張の理由は理論的で、納得できる。でも自分は割る。
以下、自分が割ることの正当化。


自分のデッキがZooの場合、相手が先手で１ターン目「Tundra go」の返しにWastelandで割ることに、ほとんどデメリットがありません。

最大のデメリットはStifleされることですが、その場合はあきらめます。
そもそもStifleを使うデッキは相手の無警戒に付け込んで勝つデッキであり、相手が警戒しなかった時点でStifle側の勝ちなんです。
その代わりに２ゲーム目・３ゲーム目が厳しいデッキでもあり、Dredgeと似てますね。
WastelandをStifleされたら、Stifleデッキで大会に参加した相手を素直に讃えます。

もう１つのデメリットは相手にBrainstormを使われることにより相対的に１マナ損をすることですが、このBrainstormは弱いBrainstormなので、ここで使わせたことを良しとします。

それ以外の場合では、お互いの土地が０になるだけなのでどちらにもアドバンテージは発生しません。


では、Wastelandで割ることのメリットは？

Zooの場合（Goblinで手札にVialがある場合は同じことが言えると思いますが）、「Tundra go」をする相手よりもデッキ内のスペルの平均マナコストが低いということが予想されます。
そのため、「お互いの土地が１つずつ減る」という現象は、「相手だけ土地が『必要枚数』に達しない」という結果を引き起こす可能性があります。
この可能性を高く見積もっているわけではないですが、Wastelandを起動する場合のデメリットがほとんど無いため、自分は１ターン目に割ります。

もちろん、対戦相手がStifleデッキの使用率が高いプレイヤーであれば、Wasteland起動のデメリットが増すため、起動しません。


そもそも、自分はZooに入っているWastelandを高く評価していません。Swords to PlowsharesとTarmogoyfが基本カードになっているレガシーというフォーマットで、Wastelandが足止めや有利な状況の固定をできるカードだとは思っていませんし。
実際には有利な状況を固定することはあるんですが、そういう場合のほとんどは相手のデッキが弱いか相手のプレイが最適ではないことが理由で、Wastelandである必要は無いと思っています。
ただ、こういう場合や後述のWastelandが強い場面があるので、自分はZooにもWastelandを４枚入れています。


Wastelandで足止めや有利な状況の固定をするには、やはり他のカードと組み合わせてmana denial stratecyにある程度の一貫性を持たせることが必要だと思います。
StifleとWastelandで相手の特定の色マナソースを潰したり、TrinisphereとWastelandで３マナ以下のカードをプレイできなくしたり、こういった方法で相手の手札やドローの何割かを無意味なカードにすることにより相手のリソースを著しく減少させ、短期的には複数枚のThoughtseizeをプレイしたような状況を作り上げることができます。
そしてNew HorizonsにしろDSにしろMUDにしろ、デッキに高クロックを採用しているので、その「短期」でゲームを終わらせることができます。


自分がZooにWastelandを４枚入れるのは、デッキにNoble Hierarchが入っているからです。
先に触れた「Wastelandが強い場面」とは、Noble HierarchというSavannahを追加でプレイした場合で、Wastelandで相手の土地を割るとマナの量でも質でもアドバンテージを得ることができます。
Tarmogoyfが基本カードであるこのフォーマットにおいて、Tarmogoyf睨み合いを打破する賛美を持ち、２ターン目にWastelandで相手の土地を減らしつつ同時にTarmogoyfのプレイを可能にするNoble Hierarch非常に強力ですね。

それ以外にWastelandを入れている理由は、いくつかあります。
一応Maze of IthやAcademy Ruinなどが存在するので保険的なもの。
Zooよりもマナベースに無理をしているデッキがあるため、Wastelandを適当に使うだけで有利になるマッチがあるため。
相手の１ターン目のデュアルランドゴーに対して起動すると、以降相手がフェッチで持ってくる土地が最適じゃなくなることがあったり、２枚目のWastelandが非常に強かったりすることがあるため。
などでしょうか。

こちらもトップ１６常連。これでこのデッキを使って３大会連続のトップ１６です。
前回と前々回は同じクリーチャー構成だったんですが、今回は２～３マナのクリーチャーを大きく変え、前回のコンボ環境の影響か、Spell Pierceを１枚増やしています。
